Account & data requests
Access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete your account anytime in the app's account settings; or email us and we'll handle it per our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions & billing
Pro is billed through the Apple App Store. Manage, cancel, or request a refund from your Apple ID subscription settings. We're happy to point you to the right place.
Bank connection (Plaid)
Trouble linking a bank, a connection that needs re-authentication, or a card that won't match? Send us the bank name and what you're seeing.

Privacy & deletion requests
To exercise your privacy rights — access, deletion, correction, or export — email [email protected] or use the in-app account settings. Server-side data is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request, and any linked bank connections are revoked.

隐私与删除请求
如需行使你的隐私权利——访问、删除、更正或导出——请发邮件至 [email protected] 或使用应用内账户设置。服务器端数据将在删除请求后的 30 天内删除,任何已关联的银行连接都将被撤销。
